Behaviour that does not align to Twitch's Terms of Service (TOS), Twitch's Community Guidelines & Discord's Terms of Service (TOS), alongside OutlawedRP's, This includes but is not limited to; Text/Voice communications/Roleplay(via text/Voice), and general behaviour within the community, would be subject to removal from the community.

Individuals shall not engage in activities that can be perceived as racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Sexism, hate speech, or anything that can be perceived as derogative or abusive.

Members of the community should not engage in insults or verbal attacks towards other members of the community outside of specific roleplay situations and all forms of harassment are prohibited.

OutlawedRP is set in a world where the region of which players will find themselves, within New Eden. Is a land with no past conflicts and is a new state welcoming to all backgrounds. The surrounding states and land of America maintain their history, close to the real world timeline of the time setting. However, no conflict or mentioning of such topics like slavery, should be used in roleplay at any point, especially in derogative or insulting means. More information regarding the history and lore of New Eden will be revealed in time.

Community Expectations

All players must be over the age of 18 to be able to apply for allowlisting.
All players must adhere to the community guidelines, server rules and policies. OutlawedRP reserves the right to remove individuals' access at any point, who may be in breach of any policies and rules set before them.

OutlawedRP is an English speaking community, we expect all our members to conduct any public communication, whether that be on Discord, or within roleplay in English. An exception to this can be applied to some groups that may use alternative languages relevant to the time, and where appropriate may communicate as such. However, primary forms of communication should be spoken in English for the inclusion of everyone within roleplay.

Non-verbal characters or characters wishing to speak in a primary language outside of English, should reach out to staff before creating their character.

A good quality microphone should be used whilst on the server, where a clean sound environment should be promoted. Any player that does not have an acceptable microphone could be declined during the application process. All headset microphones are not acceptable.

We require all players of the community to be a part of the OutlawedRP discord server. This is to allow for communication between players and staff. Alongside role management for players within government factions like our Sheriff's Department or Department of Health and beyond.

When a rule-breaking situation or instance arises in the server, you must continue to uphold the RP for all involved and not break character. Allow the scenario to continue or make an excuse to leave without attempting to call out such rule breaks in character. Once the situation has resolved or you have found a way to remove yourself from the incident, utilise our Player Report form. If the issue is urgent and players are in need of assistance from staff immediately, please reach out to our Support Bot via Discord.

We expect all individuals to use the Player Report function as intended and when necessary. We as a community aim to educate individuals as much as possible, where possible we expect community members to communicate with each other, where a rule may have been broken, or roleplay might not be at the level we expect, we would prefer individuals resolve any issues before bringing the matter forward to the team. No third party reporting of individuals will be accepted and only individuals involved in that scene where a rule was broken, may report that particular situation.

We strictly forbid the use of cheating utilities, scripts, hacks, code or resource injections, third party crosshairs/Aim assist, exploits and glitches. Any form of such not listed here is still forbidden and In using such for personal gain or advantage over other members of the community. If you come across a glitch or exploit in game, please submit a Bug Report through our form on our website.

We aim to maintain a high quality standard for everyone across the server and if repeat or consistent concerns of low effort are brought forward, staff will conduct such reviews.

All weapons within the Main World server are to be considered lethal and should not be treated in ways that forsake your own or other characters' wellbeing. Practice fighting utilising weapons is not allowed.

Suicide roleplay or any form of self-harm, this type of roleplay is not something we will permit on the server and does not follow multiple TOS in place by parties such as; OutlawedRP, Twitch, YouTube, Discord and other parties not listed here.

Erotic Roleplay of any kind is not permitted. Forced relationship roleplay, sexual misconduct within roleplay, or anything of this nature is not tolerated.

In regards to supernatural RP, your character may believe they are related or heavily influenced by a supernatural entity, but having actual RP supernatural abilities is not permitted. Unless given special permission to create such a character by staff via reaching out to our Support Bot.

Always promote a positive roleplaying culture at all times, whether that is in roleplay, or outside of roleplay, we are trying to create a safe environment, where individuals feel welcome and continue to feel welcome, we expect people to act like adults and promote an adult environment.

Staff Communication & Expected Conduct

All staff communication will be via our Discord Support Bot. Player reports are filed and submitted through our website: Player Report.

All communication regarding OutlawedRP between players and staff, through our Support Bot, is confidential and remains on record. Both Staff and Community members are expected to act in a respectful manner when speaking and discussing matters brought up.

Bans & Disciplinary Process

Player/Incident reports submitted through our website are received by our report team, who promptly conduct an initial review and assure the reporter that their concern is being addressed. The staff will then reach out to the individual implicated in the report to open a dialogue focused on understanding the situation. This conversation aims to be an honest and a positive exchange, with the staff offering guidance on fostering goodwill and improving future interactions. If the discussion reveals the need for disciplinary action, the staff will outline potential measures and communicate any decisions to the reported individual within 24 hours of the conversation, ensuring clarity and resolution moving forward.

Via our Player Report form, we offer an option for those submitting reports to indicate whether they would be open to staff-mediated dialogue between the involved parties. Choosing this option allows our team to facilitate a constructive conversation aimed at directly addressing the concerns and misunderstandings that may have arisen. This approach opens communication, encourages resolution, and helps maintain a positive community atmosphere by providing an opportunity for mutual understanding and reconciliation.

Disciplinary actions given by OutlawedRP Staff are considered confidential between the player involved and the Staff members overseeing the report. If the player that received disciplinary action decides to speak publicly about the events and result of what was reported, this confidentiality is revoked and Staff may disclose to the wider community certain factors that lead to the decision of action being taken. Factors include evidence and context that resulted in the disciplinary action.

Players subject to a 30-day ban have the right to appeal their suspension. Each ban grants the possibility of up to three appeals, allowing individuals multiple opportunities to present their case for reconsideration and possible reinstatement.

Characters

All characters played on the server must be 18+.
Characters should be your own unique, original creation. While they may be based upon historical or fictional figures, they should have unique names and features that set them apart from their inspirations. Do not use the names of celebrities, political figures, or real-life historical persons.

Characters should not be related to any other player’s character unless you have that player’s express written permission. While there are no rules against playing family members of your characters or your friend’s characters, be mindful that you are not using familial relations to continue and drag out lines of conflict. Related characters should have their own stories and motivations.

No active pregnancy RP, and similarly, there will be no playing of characters born within the server timeline, as they will never be old enough to be played (18+ years).

No direct threats or vocal intent towards harming fictional characters under the age requirement of characters on the server(18+).

No unrealistic/drastic advances in character age/keep them in line with the server timeline. If you bench a character (either in Sisika, injury, or not playing) for a long length of time (such as 6+ real months), it is reasonable to advance a couple of years in age to keep pace with character development. Also read: Timeline Considerations.

Old Characters/Past Memories

In the interest of promoting a completely fresh and dynamic environment for all players, we strongly encourage that you create a unique character that has not been played on any other server.
However, if you do choose to recreate an old character, please keep to the following guidelines:

This server exists in its own universe, separate from the “states” and environments existing on other servers. If you wish to reference something from your character’s past, it is better to remain vague (i.e. “in another state”) or to pick an existing IRL state as a substitute. You should not remember specific details (in the form of names/places) about events that may have transpired on other servers. (This is especially crucial when it comes to past conflicts between characters that may have migrated from other servers - those circumstances no longer exist here.)
You can remember friends with whom you wish to meet up, but be extremely mindful of others who may not be playing on the server now, and may want to bring in their old characters later.

Timeline Considerations

All players' characters may experience somewhat different timelines. For simplicity’s sake, when speaking about lengths of time on the server, it is best to be vague. Discuss real life lengths of time when setting dates and discussing timelines of events with lawmen, but try to keep it to statements like “a long time ago” or “just the other day” for other situations.
This applies to when your character goes to prison for lengths of time, saying “I spent 10 years in prison” when every other character on the server has experienced a little over a week can be disorientating for players to bring up in RP.

Dueling Policy

Duels should be an exciting scenario for characters to be placed in but need to be treated as serious and deadly. The call for a duel creates a mutual agreement between two parties. For now, when duelling another player, both parties accept that if taken down by the other, would result in a permanent death. Considering the setting and dynamics of the server, this could change in the future as the server develops, and the Department of Health team grows, keeping things fluid and dynamic.

Incapacitation, Unconsciousness, & PermaDeath Policy

Incapacitation

Upon being incapacitated (your health goes to zero, and your character is effectively "killed"), you have the choice on whether or not your character may remain conscious.
Please be mindful of the RP situation and RP this realistically.
You should be mindful of what your character would actually reasonably be able to see and recall while incapacitated.

Unconsciousness

If you choose for your character to fall unconscious, they should not remember things said, or the events going on around them.
It is possible to slip in and out of consciousness, but you should actively RP this with those around you using /me’s and/or vocalisations so that the players around you have the opportunity to respond and act accordingly.

PermaDeath

Once a terminal condition has been emoted by the player (i.e. /me is dead), then there is no return. Be absolutely certain of your perma’s. If you aren’t positive in the moment, you can always have a character slip into a coma and pass days later. Regardless of what happens to your character, no player may force you to permanently kill your character.
If you “/me dead” or “/me no pulse” around medical staff, they will note your character’s ID and pass it along to the support bot. Players whose characters die when no one is around should likewise inform the support bot should they decide to perma. This is used to keep our server clean.

Forced Injury/Death

It is at the full discretion of the player whether or not their character is conscious or unconscious when downed. Players cannot be forced to go unconscious, or forget the events leading up to them being harmed. While it is encouraged that players realistically forget or come up fuzzy on some details, there is no mechanic in place that forces them to.
If you have a player character hostage, you cannot force injuries onto players unless given consent. Please refer to: Consent In Torture/Mutilation Roleplay

Not Valuing Life (NVL)

You, the player, should value your character's life above anything else. Acting in accordance to your character's traits when face to face with a life threatening scenario. You should also consider the lives of those around you whether you are actively dealing damage to them or not. Neglecting the wellbeing of players, both from criminal and lawful perspectives, may result with staff reaching out to remind you about this policy, where continued negligence may result in a ban.

This should apply reasonably to most situations, meaning you should avoid reckless behaviour, whether that involves picking excessive or unwinnable fights, or behaving unrealistically around wildlife or height, we would expect our playerbase to act accordingly if a significant incident were to occur, Keeping in mind that our actions and behaviors can have a negative impact on other players experience.

Examples of NVL include (but are not limited to):
Fleeing or drawing a weapon when someone is holding you at gunpoint (or with another weapon), or you are severely outnumbered.

Excessive smack talking or otherwise antagonization of players who have you at their mercy (i.e. downed, restrained, or at gunpoint) without good reason. If they are threatening to kill you, you should act like you will die if they pull that trigger.

Using lassos to attempt to disarm another player, especially if they are shooting at yourself or others.

Charging people with guns in order to use execution or tackle animations.

Jumping off of high places without good reason or proper caution (especially if your character becomes incapacitated by this action) and similar situations.

Out of Character (OOC)

Whilst playing on the server, you must remain in character at all times, avoiding any modern references/lingo. There is an in-game OOCL chat which is intended only to be utilised very sparingly when relaying important information such as the consent to torture/mutilation and not for casual conversations.
Ignoring roleplay scenarios and interactions is considered you breaking character and will be labelled fail RP.

Random Deathmatch (RDM)

Random Deathmatch is the act of engaging in an intentionally aggressive act against another player or NPC with no verbal initiation or roleplay leading to the actions taken.

We advise that players engaging in conflicts, ensure the players on the opposing side are aware of an imminent attack(via weapons being drawn, threats being made, ultimatums being given, etc), who exactly is involved in the potential conflicts(nobody out of sight or hiding in ways where others would not be aware they were involved) and perhaps hint at the reason behind the interaction and potentially why it is happening to them, the scene should enable the other player, to take something away from the scene.

Shootout Policy

Every shootout should align with the criteria established in the rules regarding Random Death Match (RDM). The development and initiation of combat must be carefully considered. The overarching out-of-character (OOC) objective of any shootout is to ensure a progression of events that makes sense. When involved in shootouts, they should be immersive and necessary, actions taken should be balanced and enjoyable on both sides. Players should take gun fights seriously, that their characters could be seriously injured or worse, there is an expectation that characters in a gunfight could get shot. Call outs during a gunfight should be immersive and relevant to the time period.

The following initiation methods are advised against due to their potential to disrupt fair play:

Fanning:

Fanning, a technique that is overly powerful within the game's mechanics and can quickly incapacitate players. We encourage scenarios where players have the opportunity to react and are aware that they are under fire. Therefore, fanning should be reserved for moments of heightened tension where an attack is anticipated (e.g., "You take one more step towards that horse.") and if utilised at the beginning of an assault, taking consideration into missing your shots to allow for the opposing party to get to cover, if the intention is to have a shootout.

Code-word Initiation:

Using a specific word or phrase as a signal to commence shooting, following the guidelines above, will allow the appropriate use of “code word initiation”. Code words should not be used to immediately down characters at the beginning of a gunfight.

Melee Executions & Grapple to Choke Out:

Players are encouraged to use the executions to elevate a scene, the reason as to why you may choke someone out or use a melee execute, the difference may be to start a fist fight, or choke someone out. These actions, which can result in instant incapacitation through stun-locking, should be carefully considered in the context of their impact on the target player.

Meta-Gaming

Meta-gaming is using information that your character has not received in character. This information is gained by external factors, not from within the game world, that includes but is not limited to; live streams, twitch chat, online videos(Youtube/Twitch) and via discord. The only information your character should act on is information that character has learned whilst in the game world. Player’s found to be Meta-Gaming will be removed from the server permanently.

Power-Gaming

Power-gaming is any situation in which you attempt to take advantage of the situation at hand, both IC, or OOC through mechanics, to force an outcome or “win” the scenario. This includes third party hacks or exploits. This is behaviour that goes against the good faith of collaborative roleplay and can impact other players' experience and fun.

Examples of powergaming include but are not limited to:
Using “/me” inappropriately such as “/me steals sheriff keys”, instead of leaving the outcome open ended. A more appropriate approach to this would be “/me” attempts to steal sheriff keys” to allow the receiving player opportunity to respond.

Ropes, Cuffs, Execution Animations & Grappling

Ropes, Cuffs, Execution Animations & Grappling are cinematic tools available to our players, intended to enhance the role-playing experience. However, their use should be with good judgement and respectful of creating a balanced environment for all parties involved, to avoid any forms of Power-Gaming.

Ropes/Lassos

Lassos should not serve as the main weapon in conflicts. Given their mechanical advantage in easily incapacitating players, using a lasso against an armed opponent can be seen as not valuing your character's life (NVL). They should primarily be used to restrain players who are already in a position of surrender, such as those with weapons lowered or hands raised in submission.

The use of the rope should be used appropriately, the mechanic has an ability to track the character with very minimal effort. If it is used flippantly or in an abusive manner, this could be seen as power-gaming.

Cuffs

When using cuffs as a criminal or civilian, ensure the person being restrained is aware of the action and is in a state of surrender, either by having their hands raised or by not showing any resistance. Avoid unexpected or ambush restraints, such as sudden cuffing or lassoing without prior indication.

For law enforcement players, it's necessary to communicate the intent to handcuff an individual. Should the person demonstrate a willingness or attempt to resist on multiple occasions, law enforcement has the discretion to intensify their response and may resort to using lassos for restraint.
Anyone attempting to cuff another player, should always cuff from behind.

Restraints

When utilising restraints, via the form of hogtying a player, the ability to break free and escape from their binds is possible. However, this action is only permissible under the following conditions:
Your captor gives you the go-ahead via verbal direction and confirmation(for example, they verbally instruct you to get the bindings off of yourself once they leave, or you initiate an escape attempt via “/me” and they explicitly ignore it or fail to verbally intervene).
If you find yourself beyond the hearing distance of your captors, or if they have moved you to a separate room or location where they cannot see you, and you feel like you have a safe chance to escape, ie; not running through a room of criminals.
These guidelines are intended to be applicable to all forms of restraints, where they are enacted through role-play, using “/me”, or through built in game mechanics.

Group Size Limits

Outlaw/Criminal

Criminal groups are able to travel around the game world in numbers larger than 6. However, if conflict arises, only 6 are able to participate. If an event is taking place, be it a criminal activity or a player hosted event, only 6 members of the group should attend to allow for other groups to also attend.
Criminals can establish criminal hubs with no hard limit on player count for the overall count of players in an area. However, we advise players to be mindful of closing in on the 32 player limit. We need to be able to facilitate at least 6 LEO at any given point.

Civilian/Law/Non-Criminal

A maximum of 6 members, who are armed or designated for combat in civilian, law or non-outlaw groups, are allowed to participate in PVP scenarios. Groups larger than 6 are able to travel around the game world and attend events arranged by other players. However, if conflict arises, 6 players within the party are allowed to engage in combat and the remaining must vacate to cover or safety away from the active scenario.

Outlaw Gang Size Rule

Gangs would not be limited to a gang size, we would want people to be mindful and ask that players would keep to a reasonable number, this allows flexibility for players to make decisions around their gangs, giving them an ability to take additional members who really fit the gang and everything that is done has been organic, and the player was a good fit for the gang. The staff team may intervene if group sizes become out of control and server health, RP dynamics, economics and players are immediately being impacted.

We encourage players to be mindful of if a party from a gang is looking for members of rival gangs, that the remaining members focus on other avenues of roleplay, which can be both lawful and criminal, and do not also look for the same rival gang. Avenues of criminal behaviour can include criminal activities like Bank Robberies but should be done sparingly and not in a way that can be seen drawing attention from the remainder of your group to avoid consequences.

We also ask players to be mindful about the amount of conflict your gang gets into, you should be able to accommodate the gang providing you & your group story and not over-extend where you are unable to maintain quality story for all involved.

Conflict Initiation

For the sake of fair and even-handed conflict RP among all participants, there are specific standards for initiating confrontations with another player or group. These rules are applicable exclusively to PVP scenarios. Players setting out to have a conflict with another group, this should be means to an end, players should have reasonable expectations or goals during the conflict that would bring it to an end, they should be organic and reasonable.

We strongly encourage all players to carefully consider the frequency with which they engage in and initiate PVP scenarios with other groups. It's important to foster a balanced and enjoyable environment for everyone included in conflicts, so mindful participation in these interactions is highly valued.

Note: Utilising allied groups to hunt for the opposing party of the conflict is allowed, however only one group of 6 must be hunting at one time. We encourage players to deal with conflicts themselves, please do ensure the actions you take make sense and allies are used to elevate the story.

Hostages

On-Duty Law characters are not allowed to be taken hostages during criminal activities like Bank Robberies or Train Robberies. Any On-Duty LEO taken hostage should be released before conducting the robbery activity.

When you take a hostage, we want players to be mindful that the individual is also a part of the scene, and should be a sufficient part of the scene itself.

Criminal Activities

Jailbreaking & Escaping From Custody

When a wanted character has been brought to a sheriff’s office and placed into a cell, any attempts to break them out fall under this rule. We want players to act based on what makes sense for their character, but we also aim for balance—especially for those not heavily involved in the character's story, who might not want to risk getting caught or worse.

Gang Members: There is no cool-down for jailbreak attempts, for a person/persons within your gang. This is to promote story and avoid awkward situations where role-play might be hindered where you can’t break someone out who is a part of your story. We expect good etiquette around this rule as there is a lot of freedom for players.

Non-Gang Members: You can also attempt a jailbreak, but you'll be subject to a 4-day cooldown before you can try again. We strive for story telling, organic roleplay and pacing, we would expect players to make an attempt if they were heavily involved in the story to do so, and the risk would be a good reward.

Bank Robberies

The maximum number of criminal players that can participate in a bank robbery is 6. Anyone not involved should not interfere with the robbery of the bank or the getaway. This will be considered Third Partying the bank robbery regardless of if they target the group robbing the bank or the law.

When the initiating trigger of the bank jobs is performed, this is when the bank robbery attempt begins. Each player may rob one bank once every 4 days. If the bank has already been robbed, players are able to rob a different bank, however it would be a given to take some time to re-plan. If you have robbed a bank on a character, you cannot rob another bank on a different character within the timeframe of the cooldown window.

Train Robberies

The maximum number of criminal players that can participate in a train robbery is 6. Anyone not involved should not interfere with the robbery of the train or the getaway. This will be considered Third Partying the train robbery regardless of if they target the group robbing the train or the law.

Criminals may board the train, utilising disguises where necessary, before announcing themselves and their intent of robbing the train. A loud verbal announcement must be made clear to all who may be around/on board the train.

Members of the Sheriff’s Department or Transit Authority responding, will have the option to ask how many outlaws and hostages are involved in the robbery of the train. The outlaws/robbers may answer truthfully so the law team is able to know how many are involved and coordinate appropriate responses.

Outlaws must not remove the primary conductor of the Transit Authority from the train as they are tied to the train through mechanics and OOC responsibilities. Outlaws also cannot kill the NPC train driver and take control of the train themselves.

Other Policies

Music/SFX Policy

Playing audio files of spoken word/music through in-game voip is not allowed. This ensures no player in the community playing on the server will run into issues when it comes to copyright.

SFX via soundboards used in an immersive manner are allowed as long as players are aware of players around them and the SFX being used is fitting to the time setting. Players abusing this will be warned before receiving disciplinary action.

Live covers of songs are allowed, as long as players take careful consideration into both the song's nature and altering the lyrics to be appropriate to the time setting.

Third Party Policy

There are some sections within the rules that may mention the inability of "Third Partying", this policy gives guidance on our expectations.
We would expect that players allow scenes to happen, there may be moments where the Role-play would make sense for it to happen, where another group may intervene, however this should be a rare occasion. Most scenes, such as bank robberies, train robberies etc, there should be no interference, however as an example, if the other group looses the law, at that point the other group may wish to initiate.
On the other hand, there would be a common expectation that the law may intervene on certain scenes, if it was safe to do so, or potentially 2 gangs were fighting within a town, it would be considered their job to protect that town.
Again, we expect our community to foster a positive Role-Play environment, with the ability to want and maintain balance through our actions

Social Conflicts

"Social Conflicts" refers to the nuanced handling of disputes and disagreements within social circles, strictly eschewing violence for social or political resolutions. It is imperative that participants have justifiable reasons for engaging in conflicts and strive to resolve these disputes in ways that can be appreciated by all parties involved, even from an Out-Of-Character (OOC) perspective. This approach ensures that while characters may clash, the players behind them continue to share an enjoyable experience. If players show repeat behaviour of causing social conflicts that create a negative atmosphere for others, staff will reach out and if the behaviour continues disciplinary action will be taken.

Story Pacing Policy

We strive to ensure that the repercussions of Outlaws violating the law, add depth and rhythm to the world and the stories created. However, it's essential to consider several aspects when guiding your character's actions. Always act with a purpose; initiating significant conflicts over trivial, minor, or inadvertent issues, particularly with those you are not well-acquainted with, can detract from the enjoyment of others.
Should your character be apprehended and incarcerated, we advise against immediately pursuing further criminal endeavours for the remainder of the day. Frequent arrests within a single day undermine realism, place undue strain on law enforcement resources, and limit their capacity to interact with other players.

This policy would also apply to any other faction within the world, Law players would also need to adhere to some type of pacing, as continuously chasing Outlaws constantly would be considered unreasonable pacing.

Serial killers

All Serial killer characters must be submitted for staff approval prior to committing those crimes or creation of the character. This includes killers primarily targeting NPC's.

Train & NPC Train Drivers Policy

Do not remove or kill the NPC train driver. The only players who have permission for such action are members of the train authority and if required law. When a criminal group overtakes a train and plans on utilising the train to continue moving along the track, the conductor must remain on the train to control it.

Alternative Organization

Service roles are a core necessity necessary for server balance and are state enforced entities. No groups or organisations should be formed that are direct competitors or functionally the same as official departments of the server. This includes but is not limited to; Law/Sheriff’s Department & Department of Health. More official organisations will be brought into OutlawedRP over time, as the server develops this rule is subject to change.

Impersonation

Impersonation of government organisations and Law Enforcement Officers is allowed. Falsification of Identification documents and Law Enforcement Badges is not allowed via /me’s. If a player is confronted and requested to show formal identification, the impersonator should cease what they were attempting.

Law Provocation

Players who purposefully attempt to draw the attention of LEO’s towards themselves with the intent of instigating a violent interaction is prohibited. Combat focused interactions with LEO’s should occur via the course of roleplay organically. Players not abiding by this rule will face disciplinary action.

Corruption Policy

All characters who are members of government roles are not allowed to commit or participate in acts of major corruption without staff approval ahead of time. This is to ensure the core roles like LEO are not hindered by the actions taken for sake of server and community health. For more clarification on what major corruption is considered, refer to your role guide.

Details System

Our details system is a tool for players to utilise in providing information crucial for storylines or to enhance a scene that can not be explained or shared via core methods of gameplay or roleplay. Details should be placed for scenarios like a crime scene that had no physical evidence present, indicating a player was using a campsite recently or moved in a particular direction, or to show signs of conflicts or struggling.

We advise anyone wishing to place up signs or notes conveying information to use our notes system or advertising boards around towns.

Sisika / Prison

Sisika should be treated seriously by all players, especially criminals, at all times. The island and Sisika guards play a key role in the server and should be treated with respect like any other government entity in the world. The island is a maximum-security prison, of which is off limits to non-prisoners without approval. Players who use boats on the river to travel can freely pass by Sisika, but must remain a considerable distance away(this does not apply to LEO’s). Sisika visits without approval of staff or LEO escort is a rulebreak and may result in disciplinary action.

Jailbreaks and escapes from Sisika are, at this time, prohibited. This is a factor that will change in the future with a formal announcement and update to go over the details surrounding such actions. At this time, if you have been taken to Sisika you will remain on the island until either your sentence is served or RP surrounding bringing your character to the mainland takes place(Example: Sisika Guards take inmates to the mainland to fix train tracks.)

For players interested in arranging a visitation, please reach out to law via the “LAW” tipline. Sisika Penitentiary visit requests must include your character's name, your character’s telegram number, the name of the inmate and intent of the visit. With further guidelines that may be presented in character that are built upon roleplay that has taken place.

For players interested in playing Sisika guards, please reach out to our Support Bot via Discord to submit your formal request.

Property Ownership

As of writing this, there are currently no ways for players to own property on the server. This is to account for all timezones to share the gameworld equally.

Buildings and criminal hubs can be verbally “claimed” by a criminal group, however, we would like players to ensure they are being considerate to all players from all timezones who may seek out to use a particular building for their roleplay.

We will have more information regarding our “Land Claims” closer to launch.

We request that no details, notes or other indications that can imply ownership be used.
